The whole of last week, that crazy Wiil.i.am song kept playing in my head. Got me really excited, for turning another year!! Come 10th, I had the outfit, look down to the T. When I got dressed though, the look didn't match my excitement, so I went for something chilled.

Especially if you have no family & friends to keep you company in the initial months. But fear not, it is just a necessary step in life that I strongly suggest all of us to go through.
I love anything long and flowy . I mean once in a while I will opt for the occasional short dress/skirt but that's once in a blue moon or if I have work. Maxi dresses or skirts make me feel very girlie. I think it stems from the fact that I was a tomboy growing up. I mean when I was younger, I was mistaken for a boy. Ha! But that's a story for another day.
Many times as bloggers we get wrapped up in thinking about either fashion, beauty, lifestyle or whichever category it is you write under, that we forget the simple things. I have been gone for a minute but I missed every second of blogging mainly because it gives me that freedom/independence, it's my little space on the interweb that is totally under my control:)
